HomeFinder Rwanda needed a modern property portal to digitize the real-estate market. We built a platform where agents can list properties with rich media, buyers can take 360° virtual tours, and the integrated mortgage calculator helps users plan their finances—all without leaving the site.
The Challenge
The Rwandan real-estate market lacked a centralized, trustworthy platform. Property data was scattered, and buyers often traveled long distances just to view unsuitable properties.
Our Solution
We created a verified-listing workflow where agents submit properties with photos, floor plans, and 360° tours. A map-based discovery view lets buyers explore neighborhoods, while the mortgage calculator connects to local bank rates for accurate estimates.
The Result
Over 500 properties were listed in the first two months. Virtual tours reduced unnecessary site visits by 40%, and agents reported a 3x increase in qualified leads.
