We created a design system from the ground up—complete with a Figma component library, coded React components, documentation, and accessibility guidelines—ensuring every product feels cohesive and polished.
The Challenge
The startup had three products built by different teams using inconsistent styles, font sizes, and component patterns. Onboarding new developers took weeks because there was no shared reference.

We audited all existing UIs, extracted common patterns, and designed a token-based system. Every component was built in Figma first, then translated to React with Storybook stories and automated visual regression tests via Chromatic.
