FoodConnect needed an all-in-one solution to digitize restaurant operations across Kigali. We built a system covering table reservations, kitchen display, online ordering, rider dispatch, and real-time delivery tracking—all from a single dashboard.
The Challenge
Restaurants were using separate tools for ordering, inventory, and delivery, leading to errors and delays. Riders had no efficient dispatch system, causing long delivery times.
Our Solution
We unified all operations into a single platform with real-time WebSocket updates. The smart dispatch algorithm assigns the nearest available rider automatically and provides customers with a live delivery map.
The Result
25 restaurants adopted the platform in the first quarter. Average delivery time dropped from 55 to 32 minutes, and order accuracy improved to 98.5%.
