Tegurana Event Planner
Tegurana helps people plan weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate events in Rwanda. Describe the event—guests, date, location, and budget—and the AI builds a plan with venues, catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, and a running total.
The Challenge
Planning a wedding or corporate event in Kigali meant chasing vendors one by one. Budgets drifted, and it was hard to see the full cost before committing.
Our Solution
We built an AI planner that accepts a plain-language brief and returns a structured plan: venue, catering, décor, photography, entertainment, and a live RWF estimate. Users can adjust the plan before booking.
The Result
Planners get a complete cost picture in minutes. Tegurana can connect verified vendors to events without forcing clients to start from a blank spreadsheet.
