The Challenge
Customers were comparing informal rates and hidden charges. Shine needed a product that shows the rate, the fee, and the destination amount before anyone clicks send.
Our Solution
We built a transfer homepage around a live rate card and a single call to action. Fees and security are visible before the customer enters payment details.
The Result
Customers can check RWF/USD rates and start a transfer from the same screen. The product now supports agent onboarding and customer support without extra tools.
